Daniel Radford is an author, poet and podcast host from Perth, Western Australia.
Born in Perth, WA in 1995 and still there to this day, Daniel Radford is an independent author, poet and creative looking to bring his work to the wider world.
Daniel has always loved telling stories and even in his earliest school days his teachers were predicting that he’d be an author one day - something he was very much on board with. Although, while he never stopped writing and telling stories, he ended up taking a few detours along the way.
Writing was something Daniel mostly looked at as a hobby or a side project during his teens and early adulthood. He was focused on pursuing education and dance and it wasn’t until developing chronic illness in 2015 and having to shelve those ideas that he started looking at writing as a career option.
Since then, he hasn’t looked back. In 2020, Daniel released his first ebook - a picture book for children called The Lonely Wizard. In 2022, he published Domino, a survival drama novel which is currently rated five stars on Amazon. A spin-off of Domino, Marble is also on the way as is Epilogue, a series of short stories following the last moments of people during the end of the world.
Daniel is also the host of the podcast, Stories Across Borders, where he and his guests discuss storytelling and often feature readings of Daniel’s work. Season Two was completed in July 2024. Season Three will begin recording in September of 2024 along with other new podcast content.
Additionally, Daniel has started writing blog and article posts sharing his thoughts on various elements of writing and occasionally reviewing other media.
Daniel uploads stories and poems to this website whenever he can. You can also always follow him on Twitter to see what he’s up to. For professional inquiries, contact the email listed below. Daniel loves fiction in all its forms and adamantly refuses to be confined to any one genre, medium or demographic, so who knows what the future holds?
